The right to participate in the Conference is acquired by filing an application and paying the registration fee. All Conference participants are required to pay registration fee. Registration fee is 200 euros. Alliance members and authors of papers (one author or co-author of the paper) are eligible for reduced registration fee, which amounts to 150 euros. Accompanying persons (spouses and children) pay 50 euros. The euro is determined according to the average exchange rate of euro at the National Bank of Serbia on the date of payment.

All submitted papers will be reviewed. The official languages of the Conference are Serbian and English.
